By downloading, installing, or using the Labs application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Labs is an AI-powered image analysis application that provides features including but not limited to: plant identification, weight estimation, dimension estimation, item counting, color extraction, and coin/banknote identification.
User Accounts
Certain features require an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payments
- Premium features are available through a subscription plan.
- Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective app store.
- Free tier users have access to basic AI analysis with standard model quality.
- Premium subscribers get access to enhanced AI models for more accurate results.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Submit images that violate third-party rights or applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Use the App to transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service
Accuracy of Results
The AI-powered analysis provided by Labs is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are estimates and may not be accurate. You should not rely on the App's results for critical decisions, medical diagnoses, financial transactions, or any situation where accuracy is essential.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
